Sunday Night Special
Guests staying both Friday and Saturday may stay Sunday evening at half-price based on availability. Offer is not valid during special events, holidays or any time in October. This does not apply with any other specials or discounts.
Returning Guest Special
Share all you love about The Baird House with your friends and experience us again at ½ price.
Simply bring another first time guest(s) along for your next visit and we'll show you our appreciation by discounting your rate.

Receive a 10% discount off of your next stay year round, except October.

Honeymoon Special
Book three or more nights in any of our guest rooms and receive a complimentary bottle of champagne, a dozen roses and your choice of a box of handmade chocolate truffles or a selection of seasonal fruits.
"Celebrate Spring" Special
In order to celebrate the end of winter and the arrival of spring we
offer a discounted rate of $119 for any of our rooms every night of the week, including weekends. This begins the middle of March and ends at the end of April.
It does not apply during the Bristol Races or Merlefest. A local restaurant will offer our guests a discount as well. We hope you enjoy these customized North Carolina Mountain Vacation packages!
