Reduced  Weekday Rates in April

All during the month of April the weekday rates ( Sunday,Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday & Thursday ) on all of our rooms is $99 nightly per couple.  1.828.297.4055 is the # to call or you can reserve online. If you reserve online & see rates higher than the Special don’t worry just mention you want the “April  Special ” rate.

Valentine’s Special all during February

At the Baird House bed and breakfast the entire month of February is “Valentine’s” and offers all the special elements of a romantic getaway. Upon your arrival a dozen roses, a chilled bottle of champagne and hand-dipped chocolate covered strawberries will await you. Come and enjoy a cozy guestroom with a fireplace or a whirlpool tub; complimentary coffees, hot teas, hot chocolate, hot ciders, colas & homemade chocolate chip cookies are available 24/7. In the morning awake to the smell of hickory- smoked bacon and freshly brewed coffee then enjoy our large hot breakfast. Weekday rates ( Sunday through Thursday ) are $139 – $159 nightly per couple & weekend rates are $159-$179 nightly per couple. Add an additional $59 for the roses, champagne & chocolate covered strawberries…2 days advance notice requested.

Sunday Night Special
Guests staying both Friday and Saturday may stay Sunday evening at half-price based on availability. This does not apply with any other specials or discounts.

Returning Guest Special
Share all you love about The Baird House with your friends and experience us again at ½ price when you reserve for 2 nights. Simply bring another first time guest(s) along for your next visit of 2 nights and we’ll show you our appreciation by discounting your rate.

Birthday or Anniversary Celebration

When reserving for 2 or more nights to celebrate guests’ anniversary or a birthday we will provide a complimentary bottle of wine or champagne.

Honeymoon Special
Book three or more nights in any of our guest rooms and receive a complimentary bottle of champagne, a dozen roses and your choice of a box of handmade chocolate truffles or a selection of seasonal fruits.

Reserve any room for 3 consecutive nights (Sun., Mon. & Tues. or Mon.,Tues. & Wed. or Tues.,Wed. & Thurs. ) and receive 50% off the regular room rate on the 3rd night. This special can not be combined with other specials.
